What’s your return policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, please get in touch with us at [email protected]. We take every issue seriously and will do our best to resolve it for you. 

Do you offer refunds? 

Refunds are only offered under specific conditions. If you receive the wrong items or damaged items, we're here to help. Please contact us at [email protected] with photos of the incorrect or damaged items, and we'll take care of it for you. 

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Currently, we don't offer exchanges. If you're unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for almost every item listed on our store, in the product description section. This should help you make an informed decision. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that's the case, please let us know at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we'll send you a new one or issue a refund.
